Is there any other services that you provide?
Yes, we provide Gift Wrapping (Gift Box/ Ribbons/ Flower Deco) & Personalised Design (Customisation/ Stickering/ Thank You Cards). For other services, do speak to us and we'd love to help!

 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only if the order is still in pending status. Please Whatsapp us at +60103191071 as soon as possible to arrange for order cancellation.

 

Delivery Related

 

What are the delivery services offered?

For now, we provide courier services within Malaysia. For gift sets that consist of consumables, you may opt for self pick-up or runner services (such as Grab/GoGet/LalaMove etc.) to ensure the food quality! For delivery out of Malaysia, please speak to us for more info.

 

When will my order be shipped?
Good things take time! We would need 3-5 working days to prepare your personalised products before shipping out. For urgent orders, please speak to us.

 

What are the delivery charges ?
Our standard courier services cost RM15 for states within Peninsular Malaysia; RM20 for Sabah/Sarawak. As for runner services, it would subject to the distance & runner's rate. Do note that runner fee is solely borne by customer.

 

How do I track my order?
You may trace your tracking numbers from email or "My Account" once your order is shipped!

How do I change my account personal information & shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address.

 

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

What are the payment methods available?
We offer Online Banking and E-Wallet payment by iPay88.

 

What is the transaction currency?
All transaction currency will be done in MYR.
